I'm an American businessman based in Muscat, Oman. I moved here with the goal to understand this market from the inside out. Over the last two years that's meant going through the licensing process myself, building relationships with government ministries and private sector partners, and learning what it actually takes to move business forward in Oman. 

Thomas Trades exists because most US companies interested in Oman don't need a consultant with a PowerPoint; they need someone already in the room. I speak Arabic, I understand the culture, and I've spent enough time here to know when to push and when to be patient.
